About the Role HomeDeliveryLink is a leading national logistics consultant providing white\-glove home delivery and other final\-mile logistics solutions for major retailers of furniture and appliances. We're looking for an accountant who's as comfortable improving systems as closing the books. You'll own our accounting platform, automate and streamline manual accounting tasks, and support multi\-state payroll. Responsibilities * Administer QuickBooks Enterprise: users, chart of accounts, integrations, and troubleshooting * Build and maintain Excel templates, macros, and reports to automate recurring work * Manage data imports from field offices and carrier payment files; keep systems in sync and accurate * Process AR/AP, prepare journal entries, and reconcile accounts * Prepare month\-end close schedules and support outside auditors and tax services * Support multi\-state biweekly payroll in ADP Workforce Now, including payroll entries and reconciliations * Identify process improvements and document workflows Requirements * Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field * 3\+ years of accounting experience * Advanced QuickBooks Enterprise (Desktop) experience; system admin a ...
