**RN – Telemetry** **Location:** Houston, TX 77030 **Shift:** 12\-Hour Days **Guaranteed Hours:** 48 Hours per Week **EMR:** EPIC Required **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced **Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)** to provide high\-quality patient care in a telemetry unit in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate should have strong cardiac monitoring skills, experience caring for patients with cardiac conditions, and proficiency with the EPIC electronic medical record system. **Responsibilities** * Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Telemetry Unit. * Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and changes in patient condition. * Recognize abnormal heart rhythms and respond promptly to clinical changes. * Perform patient assessments and develop appropriate nursing care plans. * Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed. * Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team. * Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in EPIC. * Educate patients and families about treatment plans and discharge instructions. * Follow infection\-control procedures and patient\-safety standards. * Respond appropriately to...
