**Billing/Collections \& Customer Service Representative – $18–22/hr \+ Bonuses** **Mountain West Pest Control \| Ogden, UT \| Full\-Time, In\-Office** **Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm** Occasional Saturdays: 9am–12pm, about once a month during busy season Mountain West Pest is an established, growing pest control company, and our billing and customer service team is growing with it. We're looking for a reliable, long\-term team member who enjoys talking with people, stays organized, and takes pride in getting the details right. **What you'll do:** \- Handle inbound and outbound calls with our customers \- Answer billing questions and resolve account concerns \- Process customer payments and follow up on past\-due accounts \- Review and audit accounts for accuracy \- Help retain customers by solving problems and building good relationships \- Prepare billing reports for your manager **What we're looking for:** \- Customer service experience, ideally in a call center or phone\-based role \- Billing or collections experience is a must \- Clear, friendly phone communication \- Strong attention to detail and solid typing speed and accuracy \- Self\-motivated, dependable, and co...
