**ABOUT MARYLAND CASA ASSOCIATION** Maryland CASA (Court\-Appointed Special Advocates) Association is seeking an experienced, collaborative, and mission\-driven State Director to lead the organization into a new chapter. MD CASA is the state\-level organization that provides statewide support for local Court\-Appointed Special Advocate and Voices for Children programs serving abused and neglected children through public awareness, training, education, and collaborative advocacy. The State Director provides overall leadership and management, works closely with local CASA programs across Maryland, strengthens statewide relationships and advocacy, and helps ensure programs have the support, resources, and connections they need to succeed. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Organizational Management \& Administration** * Oversee day\-to\-day operations, staff, programs, policies, procedures, and resources; implement Board\-established goals. * Supervise and support staff, interns, and volunteers, including recruitment, training, evaluation, development, and retention. * Prepare grant and funding applications, monitor the operating budget, and ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory...
