The Medical Surgical ICU at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is looking for a RN Unit Supervisor. This is a **Night Shift position (3 x 12\-hour shifts/week)** Must be available to orient during daytime hours. **Sign on Bonus for those new to Inova! Relocation Bonus for those relocating to the area.** The Medical/Surgical Intensive Care Unit (MSICU) at Inova Fairfax Hospital is an 18\-bed adult unit. MSICU provides specialized, multidisciplinary care for critically ill adult patients with complex medical conditions requiring advanced monitoring and life\-sustaining therapies. The MSICU manages a wide range of diagnoses including sepsis and septic shock, acute respiratory failure, ARDS, severe pneumonia, COPD and asthma exacerbations, diabetic emergencies, gastrointestinal bleeding, renal failure requiring dialysis, toxicologic overdoses, neurologic emergencies, and multisystem organ failure. **The Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Supervisor** serves as a front line leader who is accountable for delivering highly reliable results related to quality and best practices to improve the clinical operations of the unit.
