**Micro\-Cap Solutions is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a growing national transportation data services company seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Client \& Scheduling to lead two critical operational departments and help build more efficient, scalable processes across the organization.** Our client provides traffic data collection services to transportation agencies, engineering firms, and municipalities throughout the United States. This position will oversee teams responsible for **client management, project estimating, and scheduling field operations**, with a strong emphasis on process improvement, analytics, technology, and team development.
