**Summary of Primary Functions** The Manager of Project Controls is responsible for implementing and managing the integrated project controls system for the Santa Cruz Copper Project, ensuring the project is fully prepared for healthy, safe, predictable, and measurable construction execution. This role is responsible for the integrity of cost, schedule, risk, change, and progress measurement across early works and underground development scopes. The Manager provides timely, accurate controls reporting to the General Manager \- Construction and ensures the project is structurally ready for construction scale\-up and execution. The Manager maintains project performance measurement standards and baseline integrity across engineering and construction, while field execution, contractor management, and productivity remain the responsibility of the construction leadership team.
