### **Assignment Overview** * Shift: Days, 3x12hrs * Hours: 36 hrs/wk * Start Date: Oct 26, 2026 * Length: 12 weeks * Openings: 1 ### **Description** American Traveler is hiring an ER RN for a 12\-week trauma emergency department assignment requiring TN or compact RN license and prior ED experience preferred. ### **Details** * Emergency Department\-Trauma unit setting * 12\-hour day shifts from 06:45\-19:15 * Care for patients with medical, surgical, cardiac, neurological, psychiatric, pediatric, and trauma\-related emergencies * Perform triage, rapid assessment, and stabilization of acutely ill and injured patients * Assist with emergency procedures including CPR, trauma resuscitation, intubation, and wound care * Operate cardiac monitors, defibrillators, infusion pumps, and ventilators * Document care in the electronic health record ### **Requirements** * Active TN or compact RN license required * Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required * Current BLS certification (AHA) required * ACLS certification (AHA) required * PALS certification (AHA) may be required * TNCC certification may be preferred or required * NIH Stroke Scale certification may be required * Prior emergency de...
