Description

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily production in a manufacturing facility. This person will oversee frontline employees, keep the shift on schedule, and address safety, quality, staffing, and equipment issues as they arise. ### **Responsibilities** * Lead, coach, and hold production employees accountable for safety, quality, attendance, and performance. * Assign work and adjust staffing to meet production goals. * Monitor output, downtime, scrap, and other shift metrics; take action when results fall short. * Partner with maintenance, quality, materials, and other supervisors to resolve production issues. * Train employees on standard work and support cross\-training. * Investigate incidents and production problems, document findings, and implement corrective actions. * Conduct shift handoffs and communicate priorities to the next team. ### **Qualifications** * Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. * Experience leading hourly production teams and managing daily shift priorities. * Strong communication, problem\-solving, and employee coaching skills. * Working knowledge of manufacturing safety practices and production metrics. ...
