**Job Title:** Logistics/Warehouse Unit Manager **Department:** Supply Chain **Job Locations:** On\-site **Employment Type:** Exempt **Schedule**: Full\-time, M\-F, 8am \-5pm **JOB DUTIES:** A Logistics/Warehouse Unit Manager is a critical leader in our transportation, warehousing, inventory and distribution operations. Responsible for ensuring goods move efficiently, safely, and cost‑effectively. The role blends strategic planning, operational oversight, team leadership, and data‑driven decision‑making. Oversee all daily warehouse operations and safety compliance. This role owns the performance of the warehouse floor, ensuring efficient workflows, accurate stock levels, and a safe environment for all employees. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and outbound shipping * Audit and report inventory; lead cycle counting and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accuracy * Manage warehouse associates, including hiring, training, scheduling, timecards, PTO, disciplinary actions and performance management * Enforce OSHA safety standards, including forklift operator training and compliance with warehousing regulations...
