**Title:** **Payer Interoperability Developer – FHIR/X12, C\# \& Azure** **Location: Remote** **Position Summary** We are seeking an experienced Payer Interoperability Developer to build and scale secure health plan data exchange pipelines using C\#, Azure, MongoDB, and Azure Blob Storage. In this role, you will help modernize payer integration workflows by developing HL7 FHIR APIs, supporting X12 transactions, and delivering cloud\-native solutions that enable efficient, compliant healthcare data exchange. You will work with modern engineering tools including VS Code, GitHub Copilot, GitHub, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery and improve quality. **Responsibilities** Architect, build, and deploy HL7 FHIR APIs and ASC X12 transactions, including Prior Authorization 278 and Claims 837/834, using C\# / .NET for health plan operations. Design and manage data persistence strategies using MongoDB for flexible FHIR resource storage and Azure Blob Storage for large documents, files, and payload management.
