**About Us** BrandBrokers is a done\-for\-you social media agency in Old Town Scottsdale built for real estate professionals. Every week we plan, create, and post content for 20\+ real estate agents, lenders, and title companies. We're a small, fast\-moving team that cares about scroll\-stopping content and never missing a posting deadline. **The Role** We're looking for a creative, organized person who lives on Instagram and loves editing short\-form video. Most of your day will be spent editing Reels for our clients, plus helping keep each client's content and posting schedule on track. You don't need to be a high\-end video editor. You do need to be fast, clean, and fluent in short\-form. **What You'll Do** * Edit short\-form vertical videos (Reels and TikToks) in CapCut, Edits, or similar apps * Turn raw B\-roll footage into polished Reels with text hooks, captions, music, and trending audio * Make quick revisions based on client and team feedback * Help plan weekly content and pitch Reel ideas and trends * Keep our content tracker updated and make sure every post goes out on time * Work closely with our design and posting team **What We're Looking For** * A portfolio of short\...
