### **Research Coordinator, Pediatrics (CHEER)** * 51455 * Remote, United States * Full Time **Position**: Research Coordinator **Department**: Research \- Pediatrics **Schedule**: 40 hours per week **POSITION SUMMARY:** Organizes, manages, conducts and directs health services research projects, with primary responsibility for handling all the day to day administrative and management issues related to ongoing research studies. Functions include the supervision of research staff, managing research databases for regular reporting on enrollment, serving as study liaison with the IRB, and providing financial management for the project, including purchasing needed supplies and equipment. Assists with new grant proposal development, and preparation of research reports and presentations. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assists the PI and Co\-PI in recruitment, hiring and training of Research Assistants, and supervision of employees to assure adherence to all study protocols, procedures and human subject regulations. * Responsible for personnel administration functions including, hiring, orientation, training, preparing evaluations; tracking hours worked, vacations, leaves of absences, collecti...
