**Controller** **Location:** Remote — strong preference for candidates based in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, New York, or Connecticut. Occasional in\-person attendance (approximately 1–2 times per month) may be required. **Department:** Finance **Reports to:** Chief Financial Officer **Job Type:** Full\-Time **Compensation:** $125,000–$140,000, depending on experience and qualifications. While the anticipated range is within this band, flexibility may be limited based on the candidate’s experience and overall fit. **Job Summary** FamilyWell is seeking an experienced Controller to own the company’s accounting operations and lead full\-cycle accounting and tax functions as we scale nationally. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Controller will be responsible for the integrity of FamilyWell’s financial records, timely and accurate monthly close, tax compliance, and the internal controls that support a growing, venture\-backed healthcare organization.
