**Oracle City Homes \| New Construction Homebuilding \& Residential Development** **Position Summary** Oracle City Homes is seeking a creative, highly organized, and results\-driven **Marketing Specialist** to support the marketing, branding, and sales initiatives of our new\-construction communities and residential developments. This position plays an integral role in increasing brand awareness, generating qualified buyer and Realtor leads, promoting available homes and communities, and providing the Sales Team with the marketing resources needed to drive traffic and home sales. The ideal candidate combines strong creative and digital marketing skills with an understanding of real estate, homebuilding, and the homebuyer journey. This individual should be comfortable managing multiple communities and campaigns simultaneously while maintaining a consistent, polished, and elevated brand presence across digital, print, social media, events, and sales materials.
