Northgate Identity Group, a new Identity and Access Management (IAM) consulting firm based in Boston, Massachusetts, is hiring an **Identity Governance Analyst** to own access certifications, entitlement revalidations, and audit remediation for our healthcare, biotech, and financial services clients. This is a hands\-on governance role for someone with experience in **access administration**, **Identity and Access Management (IAM)**, **Privileged Access Management (PAM)**, and **role\-based access control (RBAC)** who is ready to move from processing access requests to governing access itself. You will design and run access review campaigns, translate audit findings into remediation plans, build role\-based access models, support IAM and PAM tooling, and communicate with compliance officers, IT directors, and executives who don't speak IAM fluently. You will also maintain documentation, track governance metrics, and help standardize how governance works across our anchor clients. We are a small, new company.
