**Position Overview** --------------------- The Controller will oversee day\-to\-day accounting operations, financial reporting, cash management, and coordination of physician partnership tax and retirement plan matters. The Controller will manage a part\-time bookkeeper. This is a hands\-on leadership position for an experienced accounting professional who can manage the monthly close, supervise a bookkeeper, maintain accurate financial records, and partner effectively with executive leadership, physician owners, external CPAs, and retirement plan service providers. The ideal candidate has strong QuickBooks experience, direct knowledge of partnership accounting and K\-1 reporting, and experience coordinating cash balance pension plan funding and compliance.
