**Overview** The Vice President of Commercial Finance reports directly to the Chief Investment Officer. This role is responsible for providing financial consulting and strategic support to senior management in areas that include, but are not limited to, Board presentations, financial analysis, Joint Venture activities, new business opportunities and other specialized projects as assigned. **Specific Accountabilities – Investments:*** Evaluate new commercial opportunities, including asset purchases, sales, lease transactions, and strategic investments * Assess financial, operational, and market considerations to support investment decisions * Lead commercial negotiations for acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and other strategic transactions * Collaborate with Legal to negotiate contract terms and implement necessary agreement revisions * Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to support long\-term business objectives * Serve as a primary point of contact for strategic commercial discussions and opportunities * Leverage all company revenue streams by identifying opportunities to connect parts sales, asset sales, leasing activities, and ...
