Purpose: The Parts Manager oversees the daily operations of the dealership's Parts Department to support customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and profitable parts sales. This role is responsible for maintaining effective department processes, managing inventory, supporting financial performance, and leading department team members. The Parts Manager works closely with internal departments and customers to ensure timely, accurate, and professional parts support while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
