Do you have an interest in or passion for affordable housing? Would you like to have a positive impact in the community? Do you have experience underwriting loans or grants or with housing development? Bring your knowledge and skills gained in the government, banking, for\-profit or non\-profit sectors and join our dynamic team supporting affordable housing development in Snohomish County. **Position Purpose:** Our team works with a variety of complex funding streams that includes the federal Housing and Urban Development HOME Investment Partnership Program, Federal Community Development Block Grant, Washington State Housing Finance Commission, Washington State Housing Trust Fund, and local government funding.
