Tuesday, October 6, 2026 Remote United States Full\-time Maximus is currently hiring a remote Haitian Creole Bilingual Quality Assurance Administrator to support the Florida Healthy Kids (FL HK) program operations and ensure compliance with established standards and Florida healthcare policies. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring phone calls and completing back\-office quality reviews to determine whether employees are meeting required performance, quality, and compliance standards. You will also participate in special projects and program initiatives as needed and serve as backup support for the call center during periods of high volume or operational need.
