As the **Project Analyst**, you will work directly with our Senior Vice President, Construction, supporting our affordable multifamily residential general contracting work. This role serves as the SVP's analytical and organizational right hand: preparing reports and analysis, tracking open items to closure, coordinating with project teams, and executing special projects across the portfolio. The ideal candidate is early in their career, comfortable with numbers, organized under pressure, and eager to learn the business of affordable multifamily construction from the executive level. This position offers broad exposure to preconstruction, operations, finance, and business development, and a clear path to growth within the company. **Responsibilities:** Analysis \& Reporting * **Portfolio reporting:** Compile and maintain recurring reports on project status, budgets, schedules, cost\-to\-complete, change orders, and cash flow for the SVP’s review. * **Financial analysis:** Analyze job cost data, buyout results, fee and general conditions performance, and variance to budget; flag trends and risks. * **Market research:** Research subcontractor capacity, material pricing trends, competi...
