**Company Description** Playtech is seeking an experienced Operations Compliance Manager to support our U.S. Live Casino. This role will work closely with Compliance, Product, and Operations teams to ensure adherence to gaming regulations, strengthen internal controls, and support our live dealer operations. **Job Description** The Operations Compliance Manager will be part of the U.S. Regulatory Compliance team, working closely with U.S. Licensing, Compliance, Operations, Product, and Project Management teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across our Live Casino operations. The role is supported by Playtech's wider global Compliance team. This position requires a strong understanding of land\-based casino operations and iGaming regulatory compliance, with a focus on bridging traditional casino practices with live dealer operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring regulatory compliance, developing internal controls, and supporting operational best practices.
