### **Status** Full Time ### **Employer** SaddleBrooke Construction Company ### **Location** Oracle, AZ ### **Job Description** The assistant superintendent supports the field superintendents construction office staff in the daily activities associated with residential construction. Primary duties include performing a variety of tasks to support the construction superintendents on quality walks, the follow up of minor items on punch lists from quality walks. Assist construction team with ensuring a clean safe job\-site. Walk homes as time permits in a training role to learn underst the Robson build process. Assist construction superintendents with building inspections as needed, inventory management of portable toilets, trash dumpsters, etc. Will perform other job duties as assigned. **PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES** Assists Construction Superintendents with quality walks such as pre\-drywall walk pre\-orientation punch (POP). Follow up on minor punch list items with subcontrators to ensure final punch items are complete for pre\-drywall orientation/MEPS inspection buyer orientation.
