The Heathcare Procurement \& Operations Manager is a unique role that is the individual contributor that manages the development, implementation, and maintenance of all Supply Chain and procurement services for FirstClass Healthcare. Additionally, this position supports the Business Operations service line in various capacities as a liaison to the remote medical records team, the facilities, and internal operations. This individual serves as an operational leader to provide guidance to site\-level Operational Support Specialists or related positions of each facility to maintain operations and process improvement. This position directly reports to the Senior Vice President of Business Operations and collaborates across all levels of leadership.
