**Description** **Job Overview:** As the Client Accountant you will manage the accounting and financial reporting for a diverse group of homeowner associations (HOA). You will prepare financial statements, record necessary journal entries, conduct balance sheet and bank reconciliations and create supporting schedules/analysis and ensure GAAP compliance. **Compensation:** $60k \- $65k annually, based on experience FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive.
