Shape what comes next for QPS.** QPS is seeking an accomplished business development leader to lead our global laboratory BD teams and drive growth across our Neuropharmacology, Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK), Toxicology, Bioanalysis, and Translational Medicine services. Reporting to the President \& CEO and serving on the Senior Leadership Team, you will connect commercial strategy with day\-to\-day execution. You will develop regional leaders and teams, strengthen client relationships, and take an active role in major business opportunities while overseeing sales performance and departmental budgets. You bring a strong understanding of laboratory services and bioanalysis, a record of winning business, and the ability to help others succeed.
