**Position Summary** EWASTE\+ is seeking a hands\-on Compliance Manager based in Victor, NY, to coordinate and strengthen our company\-wide Quality, Environmental, Health \& Safety (QEH\&S) management system. This position plays a key role in maintaining industry certifications, supporting regulatory compliance, preparing for audits and inspections, and partnering with Operations Management to implement and sustain safe, compliant practices at all locations. Operations Management is responsible for day\-to\-day execution and supervision of workplace safety practices; the Compliance Manager provides technical guidance, monitoring, training support and corrective\-action coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, detail\-oriented and comfortable moving between documentation, regulatory requirements, employee training and the warehouse floor. **Compensation \& Benefits** Annual salary range: $80,000?$95,000, based on experience and qualifications.
