Focus on the German market, deeply explore the needs of residential/commercial & industrial energy storage customers (such as electricity optimization for automobile factories, household PV-matched energy storage, and energy management for commercial parks), identify the core pain points of customers' project planning, formulate targeted solutions, and promote the conversion of needs into actual orders; at the same time, maintain relationships with core existing customers, and improve the repurchase rate and referral rate through regular demand follow-up visits. 2.
