Kersh Information Technology Services, LLC is seeking a highly innovative and motivated Cost Estimator to join our dynamic team at Fort Belvoir, VA, supporting the Project Manager Formation Based Mission Autonomy project office. The Cost Estimator will ensure financial integration of programmatic requirements, both technical and sustainment requirements, align materiel and capability development to enable effective system\-of\-systems development. This position requires a strategic critical thinker with exceptional organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and review cost analyses in Automated Cost Estimating Integration Tool (ACEIT) * Prepar estimates for changes in technical and/or funding baselines * Analyze mission requirements to determine cost parameters, specific cost factors, and relationships to be utilized in constructing cost models * Provide supporting documents to defend cost estimating methodologies * Develop life cycle cost estimates to determine the total cost of the program * Support contract cost estimating financial activities and processing reconciliations * Routinely provide detailed financial reports and documentation * Provide advice and technica...
