**Department** FINANCE SHARED SERVICES (UA\-FNSS\-IUBLA) **Job Summary** Department\-Specific Responsibilities * Provides financial planning and analysis support to multiple vice presidents, ensuring their units have the budget discipline, forecasting, and financial insight needed to manage complex operations. * Supports daily and long\-range financial activities, monitors multiple fund types, prepares operating and project budgets, analyzes variances, ensures compliance and fiscal integrity, and translates financial information into actionable guidance for non\-financial leaders. * Supports strategic decision\-making by developing recommendations related to resource allocation, staffing, and long\-range planning, while providing financial oversight and coordination across the supported portfolios.
