Under the direction of the Finance Director, this position provides financial oversight throughout the lifecycle of capital projects, including project setup, budget and funding reconciliation, construction payment review, grant and bond\-funded expenditure tracking, financial reporting, construction\-in\-progress accounting, and project closeout.
