The role covers day\-to\-day support, equipment setup, infrastructure modernization, backup and disaster recovery, and security, plus assisting with testing our Oracle database migration. Day\-to\-Day IT Support Provide day\-to\-day technical support to in\-office and remote employees. Troubleshoot computer, printer, network, email, and software issues.
