Description

Develop, maintain, and analyze complex program schedules for Space programs, including resource loading and Earned Value Management. Support planning efforts by integrating cross\-functional inputs and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Partner with finance, engineering, materials, manufacturing, and quality teams to track progress, perform schedule and risk analysis, resolve critical path and logic issues, and identify performance variances. Ensure compliance with internal procedures, project control guidelines, and DECM metrics, and support or lead scheduling status reviews. **Essential Functions:** * Lead end\-to\-end life cycle of planning and schedule management * Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customer communication and status * Monitor program performance against budgets and communicate required adjustments to responsible Cost Account Managers * Develop and maintain integrated master schedules using Statement of Work (SOW) and product\-based Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) * Performs time\-phased analyses, critical path assessments and schedule risk assessments to ensure programs commitments are achievable * Identify and resolve...
