At MSS Pay, we know that getting started with a new payment system can feel overwhelming for a business owner. There are accounts to set up, equipment to configure, questions to answer, and details that need to be handled before everything is ready to go. That's where our Implementation Manager comes in. We're looking for someone who's organized, easy to work with, and genuinely enjoys helping people. You'll guide new merchants through the setup process, keep everyone on the same page, and make sure customers feel supported from the beginning. You don't need to have every answer right away, but you should be someone who follows through, communicates clearly, and knows how to bring the right people together to get things done.
