Overview: The HSES Training Specialist is responsible for maintaining CB\&I training program materials and administering the company’s global HSES training programs. This position is an Individual Contributor role. An HSES (Health, Safety, Environment, and Security) Training Specialist designs, develops, and delivers educational programs to ensure a safe, secure, and compliant workplace. They translate complex safety regulations into accessible training materials, conduct new\-hire orientations, and track employee certifications.
