Marketing Director Exclusive Flooring Collection \| Boca Raton, FL \| Full time, in house Exclusive Flooring Collection is seeking a hands on Marketing Director to lead marketing for our luxury flooring and surfaces showroom. We work with interior designers, builders, and homeowners on projects featuring wood flooring, tile, natural stone, slabs and more. You’ll own the marketing plan and bring it to life, from showroom events and industry relationships to digital campaigns and content. We’re looking for someone who understands how to present premium products and can turn marketing activity into qualified opportunities for our sales team. What you’ll do Develop and manage a marketing plan focused on designers, builders, and high end residential clients. Oversee social media, email marketing, website content, digital advertising, and printed materials. Plan showroom events, product launches, and outreach campaigns. Coordinate photography and video that showcase our products, showroom, and completed projects. Work with the sales team to support lead generation and follow\-up.
