**JOB DESCRIPTION** **Job Title**: District Manager **Company**: Brew Horizons LLC **Reports to:** Region Manager **Key Partners:** Brewistas, Shift Leads, Stand Manager, NSO Team, and Stand Office Support **Position Summary:** The District Manager is responsible for overseeing operations across multiple 7 Brew stand locations within a defined district. This role supports and enforces operational excellence, profitability, and team development while preserving the unique culture and mission of Brew Horizons and 7 Brew.
