Project Engineer — Construction **Location:** San Diego County, CA **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Experience:** 4\+ years of construction experience **About the Role** We are looking for a **Project Engineer** with solid construction experience to join our team and help strengthen the connection between our project management team and field superintendents. This is a hands\-on project controls and coordination role for someone who is **proactive, highly organized, detail\-oriented, and accountable**. The right person will take ownership of schedules, budgets, procurement, project documentation, and follow\-through across multiple projects. You will work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to keep the office and field aligned, identify potential issues before they become problems, and make sure outstanding items are followed through to completion.
