Spok is seeking an IT Operations Analyst II to provide day\-to\-day technical support for end users and endpoints, while also contributing to security\-focused IT operations including identity and access management, endpoint security, privileged access, and vulnerability remediation. This role is designed for someone with a strong foundation in technical support who wants to grow into a security\-oriented IT career. Desktop and end\-user support are a core part of the position, and from there you'll get hands\-on exposure to identity and access reviews, endpoint security monitoring and remediation, privileged access workflows, vulnerability management, and incident investigation, working directly with enterprise\-grade security tooling.
