Construction Operations Manager Ynot Build \| Virginia Beach, VA Full\-Time \| $80,000–$100,000 Based on Experience The Opportunity Ynot Build is a growing Class A construction company specializing in high\-end residential construction, major renovations, custom homes, and commercial projects. We are looking for a highly organized, experienced Construction Operations Manager who can see the entire construction operation—not just one project. This person will serve as the central point of accountability across all active projects. You will work directly with ownership and our Project Managers to ensure every project is properly permitted, scheduled, documented, on budget, and moving forward. If a project is falling behind, going over budget, waiting on a permit, missing a selection, or not being properly managed—you should know about it before ownership does.
