And somewhere along the way you realized the thing you're best at isn't the cut — it's making sure the whole job runs right: materials on site, subs showing up, inspection passed, client happy, crew not waiting around. We do kitchens, baths, additions, decks, garage conversions, insurance work, custom casework, and luxury bath systems. We price with integrity, we build to code every time, and we treat every client's home like it's our own. **Why this role exists.** We're growing. The owner needs a right hand who can take full ownership of our active jobs so he can lead the company. This is not an assistant role.
