Security Operations Manager **OVERVIEW** First Coast Security Services is hiring a Security Operations Manager to lead security operations at client sites. In this role, you will oversee a team of Security Officers and Supervisors, ensure consistent execution of post orders, and serve as the primary point of contact for site security on your shift. This is a hands\-on supervisory position where you will actively perform security duties while providing direction, coaching, and accountability to your team.
