**Job Summary** This position is a FULL TIME dual cross trained role between the Patient Service Rep (PSR) and the Medical Assistant (MA) role. The daily duties and functions will vary day to day based on the business’s need. The Women’s Group of Northwestern (WGON) is looking for a hardworking, reliable, detail oriented individual that we will train to work in our OBGYN clinic. Our completely independent private practice is located in Downtown Chicago. Our staff of 16 providers (MD’s and Nurse Practitioners) deliver the highest level of patient care and patient satisfaction. And we know that our healthcare team staff are critical to ensuring that our patients have total confidence that they are in the best of hands. Our team of almost 75 staff work together to give our best to our patients and to each other.
