Your main goal is keeping the calendar full and the jobs moving: booking consultations and estimates, dispatching crews and subcontractors, turning site notes into clear quotes, and getting invoices out and paid on time. You will own the in house CRM as the single source of truth for every lead, job, and payment. You will also handle the general administrative work that keeps a busy remodeling company organized.
