We are seeking a highly organized, detail\-oriented YouTube \& Digital Content Manager to oversee the scheduling, publishing, optimization, and performance of our video content across YouTube and other digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the creative and operational sides of digital video. You’ll manage the content publishing calendar, optimize videos for performance, coordinate livestreams, monitor analytics, perform quality control, and ensure content is polished, properly formatted, and published on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, understands YouTube best practices, and has a strong eye for what makes video content perform.
