**Role and Responsibilities Summary** Responsible for performing all work on\-site assigned such as trim carpentry, painting, rough framing carpentry, drywall work, cleaning, and material manipulation. Technicians are responsible for all on\-site labor and completing assigned tasks in a timely manner. **Responsibilities** * Performs all assigned carpentry tasks including trim work, door hanging, base installation and mitering, casing installation, and cutting materials to specific measurements. \* * Must be able to operate power tools and table saws in a proper and safe manner. \* * Must be able to deliver materials to site in a company owned vehicle. \* * Works directly project managers to ensure tasks on\-site are done in a correct and timely manner. * Shows compassion with property owners and project payees when dealing with their loss. * Ability to complete all painting tasks such as texturing, spray nozzle knowledge, and roll\-on paint experience. \* * Ability to install dry wall, tape and mud seams, sand drywall for a presentable finish, and feather drywall into existing walls. * Has knowledge of stain matching process and can stain given materials with proper technique. * De...
