Location: Doral, Miami, FL **Job Summary:** The Operations Order Management Analyst (bilingual) manages the entire order process, from the initial order entry to the final delivery. This role requires close coordination with various departments, including sales, warehouse, and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders. The analyst is also responsible for resolving any issues that arise during the order process, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Order Management: * Receive and process incoming orders from customers via phone, email, or online platforms (Shopify, Truecommerce, SPS commerce, Amazon, TikTok, Ulta, Walmart, Ebay, etc). * Verify the accuracy of orders, including product details, quantities, and pricing. * Enter and update orders in the company's order management system. * Ensure orders are processed according to customer requirements and company policies.
