The Regional Coding Operations Manager is responsible for assisting in the development and evolution of the overall strategy for Physician Services Coding Operations. The RCOM is responsible for oversight of all CSG coding operational processes and workflow, including but not limited to, practice acquisitions, provider clinical documentation improvement, practice coding processes, and division relationship management as applicable. **\*\*\*This role supports HCA North Texas Division so candidates must live in or relocate to the Dallas, Texas area.
