**Description** The Warehouse and Logistics Manager effectively leads, motivates, and develops the warehouse team members and other key stakeholders to optimize warehouse space safely and effectively by ensuring that quality finished goods are received and shipped in a timely and accurate manner. The manager ensures that raw materials and finished goods are inspected and preserved to meet quality standards and ensures that inventory is accurately accounted for and organized. This position will report to the General Manager at our Liberty Packaging location in Rock Island, Illinois. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage warehouse processes and procedures in compliance with safety and environmental regulations. * Inspire, lead, coach, and foster accountability for our core values, processes, and programs. * Manage inventory management processes to meet the needs of the mills by monitoring, auditing, and forecasting inventory.
